How often are the sauna and cold plunges cleaned?

Filtration technology for cold therapy tubs is important to filter dust, dirt particles and germs for sanitized and clean water. This will force your body to heat on its own to supercharge your metabolism.

Should contrast therapy end on hot or cold?

End on cold to align with the Søeberg Principle of allowing your body to reheat naturally to unlock full metabolic benefit.

What is the recommended time for each therapy?

Recommended time during your session varies based on comfortability, goal is to reach a total of 11 minutes of cold exposure per week with up to 50-55 minutes of sauna 2-4 times per week.

Why do I need to complete my 3-Visit Reset within 14 days?

The 14-day window is designed to help your nervous and cardiovascular systems adapt to the physiological process of hot and cold therapy. While a single session is an excellent introduction, completing three visits in a short period allows you to experience the cumulative effects on your recovery and energy levels. What is the 3-Visit Reset, and how does it work?
